Rear wing functionality

I believe the guy you would want to talk to is on the vortex by either
the name "bassboy" Or somethign to that effect. He is from europe and
has his spoiler shaved. From what I know it does help somewhat in
normal driving but isn't a huge difference unless you are an
experienced driver and can notice little changes in the way a car
drives.
