Uprated throttle bodies

	Hey people

	While lurking I've heard some talk of using Audi throttle bodies. I 
have an 8v K-Jet Solid lifter lump, is this engine amenable to this 
mod? If so, what are the effects in terms of power, torque, response 
time? Does it slot right in or is some kind of fabrication required? 
What part exactly do I need and where does it come from?!
