That's actually exactly what I don't get.  Buick 3.8L - forged internals - 
turbo - built by "experts" - and only makes 280/350?  is he serious?  I'd be 
impressed if he used an american motor to put out like 400 hp 500 ft/lbs, 
but not that.  Granted that's as much HP as both of my cars combined, but 
I'm surprised its not more.
