As far as their debt is, I have been afraid to ask. I kind of assumed that it
was none of my business. I would assume that if they were me, they would be
tight-lipped about that sort of thing. Whatever they could earn beyond their
debt would go to the old mans' widow...

Yes. They apparently have had four realtors who have tried to pedal it for
the last almost 4 years. I doubt they knew the best way to sell a salvage
yard, I know I don't... :-)
