Front-end vibration?

I have though about the brakes but if I had a warped
disc I woudl definatly feel it on the pedal while
braking and I feel nothing when braking indicating
warped discs, but I have new rotors going in this week
(at least before cincy) and tie rod (complete arms)
are easy enought to swap out..

At one point it will stop and I will know what causes
it, but its not constant per say but between 65-80
there is a definite shake on the steering, not like a
out of balance wheels which ususally make the steering
(as I explain it) go back and forth forward and back
towards me, but this is more a left/right movement.

For the record I used to have this before last cincy,
and I did change a-arms/bushings, shocks/springs, tie
rods, wheels bearings, ball joint, and it did in fact
stop for pretty much 12 months (it started again a few
weeks ago - maybe the car is excited to get on the
cincy drive again ?)

but I have gone through replacing everythign on the
front end again, except a-arms bushings (poly) which
look like new) tie rods/ball joint/rotors... should
do the trick. (I hope)

I am dismissing the tires because when this problem
started I was oin yopkohama 420's and now I am on
Khumo 712's (new 1 month old now) and I even put my
spare set of rims/tires to see if it was the wheels
and it remained, I did consider the hub centric rings
and got a new set, it wasa tighter fit than the ones
in place previously, but the "shake" remains.

Ill figure it out...

One note that may indicate a problem, when I had the
car tested for emission on the roller machine, the car
moved up and down on the right side on the rolling
machine, the tech told me it was probably a bad cv
joint, but I have replaced it since, along with shocks
and springs since.... maybe this last clue (if you
actualy read all my mumbo jumbo thoughs) is the key,
maybe I need to ask my buddy at teh test center to
slap it back on the roller to see if it is still doing
it. (unable to determin if it does it when I drive
(not like the hod raises or not when I drive it, but
on the roller it moved up/down about 1/2-1")
