    You can get them from the Potterman AKA http://www.parts4vws.com

They arn't listed on the site, but next time you order something from 
him, in the special comments section, ask for a sticker if he still has 
any.  I just got some parts in today and had asked for one, it appears 
that he sent me about 3 or 4.  You just can't beat that.  Mike Potter 
and his family are the best.
