Another euro lights question

I have a set of euros i got for 100 bucks, the only problem is that one of 
the H4 lamps is missing the small bulb and bulb holder, I think its the city 
light.  Does anyone have one or know where i can get one of these? Oh yeah 
and one of the turn signals is missing the Holder to but i think the us spec 
one will work.
