Fire or Ice? (removing A1 sound-deadening adhesive paper)

I used a propane torch(wore a mask)& putty knives. The trick I found is not
trying to heat up too much of a section at once. I did like a 3x3 section at
a time....sometimes you'll get lucky & a whole strip will come off in one
try. Took me about 7 hrs to get it all clean. After I was done I used Brake
cleaner to get the last bits off. Good luck!

I used a heat gun on Victor Jr. It worked OK, but if I were to do it again,
I'd try the dry ice.
Even heat without the flame is dangerous and messy.
