I'm using the euro oil flange as well. If your tstat is at 95C then
your running temp should hover around that. Nominal running temp in my
other 16v with the POS factory oil cooler/coolant-warmer is 100C, so I
suspect your tstat needs to be changed. Get the 80C while you're at it
and you will have a lot of thermal reserve for those extra hot days or
high RPM jaunts.
