Homemade VW car dolly - What is a good tongue weight?

A car trailer can can have two, four, or six wheels, but if it doesn't have four wheels, ONE AT EACH CORNER, its dynamics are the same as any other two-wheeled trailer.

A laden car dolly, since it does have one wheel at each of its four corners,  has the same dynamics as any other four-wheel-one-at-each-corner trailer. This is the type that needs no tongue weight.
A laden car dolly does not have the same dynamics as a two-wheeled trailer, which DOES need a major percentage of it's weight forward of the leading axle.
