Plastic radiator repair , JB Weld it ?

I have heard that this problem is more common when using hoses other than 
factory (ie, Gates).  Is that the case with you?  

There is no way to jb weld something that is oil saturated (antifreeze is an 
oil)...  I am afraid that you will have to buy a new rad...  :-(
