US headlights question

You know everyone keeps repeating this sentence.
And I know I will sound like a jerk, but I would like to point the following

A. the US Sealed beams wattage output is 35watts.(not any fancy brand)
B. the lowest retail H4 wattage output is 50w

So. Automatically the wattage IS higher than US Stock.

In any case, as long as you remain on the 50/65w bulbs you can run H4's on
your car, you need to switch around the pins on the plug as per my link.

But let it know that if you don't relay you will burn out your light switch
in time, (It took 1 year on my car the first time, then 4 months on the
second switch, I relayed the lights. Have not changed the switch since.

H4's wiring diagram for H4's below;

You don't NEED to relay if you are not increasing the wattage. If the
lights are a higher wattage then you may want to consider realying it.

Subject: US headlights question

I found some 4X6 non-sealed headlights in JC Whitney. I'm thinking about
installing just two for the low beam headlights and leaving the high beam
ones like they are. I don't use the high beam so I don't need to replace
them.
If I'm just replacing the 2 low beam lights to H4 do I need to relay and
rewire everything or can I just wire the headlights them selves up at the
headlight connectors?
