More wiring
I'm going to get a new relay. I tested each of the sockets and they test
ok. I guess the connectors could have slid back some.

Sorry if you've covered this, but have you inspected the back of the
relay plate for a loose termination? I was at wits end with a
non-working horn a while back and it turned out to be a connector that
had simply slid partially off the terminal. Old electronic trouble
shooters rule says 90% of all problems are in terminations.
