where i used to live in germany is 'bad segeberg', the
license plate code is SE.  so plates had SE-(2letters)
(2-4 numbers)
so a common plate was SE-XY 000, or something like
that.  i thought SE-XY 69 would be cool...
or a spanish SEAT with the plate SE-AT,
