updated rieger pocketpc theme

well, not really an update, more like a newer version to the original:

this new version is the same image/theme/etc, but is resampled to display in 
full detail/resolution on the newer 480x640 pocketpc screens (in portrait 
mode):

if there is demand for a landscape version i will make it happen, just let 
me know.
p.s. the new screens on pocketpcs are just so damn purdy! with a good set of 
headphones i can comfortably sit and watch a full movie (or 2) on this 
thing.
