  I am very sorry to hear of your recent loss!  The only advice I can offer is to be adamant about what it cost you to get it in the state it was in, Euro lights or no Euro lights.  You should not be penalized for his inability to talk and drive at the same time!  Stick with it, and don't let go, you will get what you need....  IF you stick with it...
