Conicedently, I JUST got done watching on Speed channel a show about the
world's greatest cars ever. Hosted by that guy that does Top Gear. Very
interesting show, I'm currently downloading it. Anyways, I think that
Citrogen came in 2nd. It got the award for 'Most Innovative Product of the
Century' or something along those lines, beating out the Apple, Jumbo Jet
and Lunar Rover. Brilliant suspension design, power disks and steering,
semi-auto gearbox (no clutch), push button braking and a rear window
designed so that rain drops were unable to cling on.

Yeah, I would believe that. My Dad took a test drive in a palais in about
68 or 69. The fella hit a curb on purpose at about 55, and he said there
was a bang, but not nearly as loud as it should have been. No damage to the
tire or the wheel... Pneumatic/oil suspension. He bought one later that
day. We got rid of it when I was four or so... Another funny story, Dad
was driving the car with no rear wheel or tire on one side, the spare went
flat or something. You could safely to this with this car as long as you
had no passenger in that corner... Anyways, ANYTIME someone would pass,
they would point and mouth the words, "No tire", in a panicky manner...
Yes, we know. Thank you... :)

Now, if the french could just work on longevity a little more... :)

Cheers,
  David

went around corners. It had many technilogical advances for its time.
