Nah, not a stretch bolt.  But the head gets buggered sometimes.  Clean, dry, and loctite all
threads!

Excellent choice, esp. for $55.

One thing you will abso-wabsolutely need to replace is the 5th gear lock plate P/N 020 311 579 B, 
it's the little deal you have to pry up to unscrew that lovely fork adjustment mechanism.  Clean,
dry, and loctite that motha too!
