Id let them deal with they own insurance, who was at fault anyways your
daughter or him, by the thread question I may assume your daughter was at
fault (but I could be misunderstanding what your saying), but I would let
him deal with his insurance himself, you don't need to make a claim, fix it
yourself, if your daughter is not at fault, its his problem not yours
really.
