Jeff, since you know you have been infected I would download both 
Symantec AND McAfee's demo versions and run them both against your hard 
drive, in addition to you afore mentioned product.

I have yet to find one Anti Virus program that catches %100, even if 
detected they don't often do a good removal job.

Oh, and by the way, have you run the 'Windows Update you find on your 
Start Menu? I take it you are running a form of MS Windows.

You should consider ditching Ooutlook, it's crap and a target for viri 
authors.

Eudora, PINE, Opera, and Mozilla.Org's Thunderbird are options.
