Not happy with UPS

UPS now insures all packages for $100 for free, maybe you could get some money that way. I was the originator of that achieved thread and the best way I've found to get packages is see if the local distro place has a counter. Then drive there and bring all the little notes and slips they left, explain them to the counter person and if you're lucky, said person will make it a point to tell the driver to get the package there. Failing that, call corperate headquarters and explain the situation. I managed to get a driver fired along with 2 complaints logged about my distro place that way.

I can honestly say both Fed Ex and UPS suck in their own arena's. My
employer sends out 3-8000 packages a day. With either company about 10% get
f'd up.
