Legal options on gas tank recall



    My personal view on this, is that if your car wasn't on the "recall" 
list, then you start off fighting an uphill battle.  Replacing the tank 
isn't that hard.  There are a few PITA points, but it's really not that 
bad.  Finding a good used tank, well thats a bit harder.

But really, a tank can be swapped in about 4 hours tops with 2 people 
(really only need a second set of hands a time or two).  Just make sure 
to drain the old tank first or suffer a gas bath.
