Grounds?

Ok, I just got my 83 GTI earlier this week and am taking it home this 
weekend. I have noticed a wandering idle quite often when I have the clutch 
down so there is no load on the engine. I remember this from rocco's that it 
is most likely the grounds!!

I looked at ATS's website last night about the better ground. Other than the 
battery to chassis and coil to head grounds what grounds should I clean or 
add? I will be cleaning and possibly replacing the battery cables and 
connections. And adding the coil to head ground as mine is lacking it.
