Labor Costs...

Holy crap! The dealer charges $90, which I think is insane, but expected. Most local shops here in CO charge $60 and 1 that I have a good relationship charges in beer for simple things and beer/ about $20 per hr for more time consuming, but still fairly easy things. So far I haven't been to a shop for a big ticket thing. Shops back home in NY averaged $45 an hr.

I just got my baby back from the shop - 2 new KYB shocks in the back (next
month the fronts!) and while I think I'm lucky to use this mechanic, he charges
$84/hour for labor! This is in the Suburbs of Wash DC..
What do you guys pay (if you don't do it yourself?)
