Ball joint bolt kit

Seems contradictory, huh?   
Consider this, though; putting (more) tensile stress on a bolt doesn't make it any stronger.  It just increases the clamping force, which, in this case, would be inconsequential. 
(actually, I'd be willing to bet that the nuts are indeed steel,  plated for corrosion protection)

  yeah, the bolt itself is high strength (shear in particular). funny thing is
  that the nut is something rediculous like copper or something, making the
  torque spec rediculously low.
