FULL-ON scam, 100%, just as bad as the guys in Nigeria wanting
to share $20 million with you.

I'd report this to the FBI, and reply to the asshole letting
him know that you did so - let him shake in his boots a little.
 If it's really coming out of the UK, send Scotland Yard after
him too.  The world needs a LOT less of these scheisters.
