Fan Blows but no Hot air...

I just had this problem recently. I couldnt figure it out, and took it 
to a shop to get fixed along with some other things. Apparently it was 
just a ground under/behind the dash somewhere. I dont know exactly, but 
thats what I was told, so you might want to look into that.
