Fan Blows but no Hot air...

Pretty sure all roccs are like that. The sides are fresh air vents. I hate the idea personally, but yeah it's supposed to be that way.

Are you saying no air at all is entering or that the air entering is not
warm?
Give some clues...
Do you have the heater on????
