Car stereo? Try this.

When I bought my Jetta, it has a 10disk in the trunk that is using one of 
those set-ups. The only issue I have is it play from the Diskchanger at 
radio volumes not at the high cd volume of the head unit. I don't use it all 
that much so I can't say much else.
