Ugliest Honda ever?

Seems like you'd have to have 
A) a coil hooked to the plug and a way to fire the coil
B) a way to get LOTS of raw fuel through the exhaust.  Just running rich wouldn't give you much....Then again, maybe it would; last year I was running down the I-15 late at night and was passed by a Suburban.  That Chevy had a steady blue flame, about three inches in diamter and eight inches long, issuing from it's tailpipe.  Looked like a huge propane torch.  It was still burning when he faded out of sight.  Damndest thing I'd ever seen....

  or switch in your dash.  It seemed that when you turned it on it also made
  the fuel mixture rich and turned on the spark plug which resulted in flames.

  BTW: that honda is ugly but at least it has some effort and originallity in
  it.  I wouldn't mind taking my time to check it out just to see what all he
  did and what the different pieces are from.
