Help needed on electric issue (Light and wiper!)(WINK,WINK)

  Should be like this:
1) Turn ignition switch to "on" without cranking the motor.
2) Turn lights on, headlights should be on.
3) Crank motor, headlights should go out.
4) Release key, engine running or not, headlights should be on.
