City Lights wiring help!

OK OK--

way too much into this.

My lights are and have been relayed for years now- the
Euro light i just got have two connections (ignore the
city lights for now)- one is the H1 bulb (positive)
and the other is the actual body of the headlight-
thus the negative from my relayed connection connects
to the back of the light housing or body and the
positive goes to the H1 bulb connection. Thus when my
city light is pluged into the socket it is grounded by
the connection to the actual light- thus when i try to
tap into the parking lights the connection is grounded
thru the headlight relay harness- thus my problem with
the connection.

thanks

mark
