OT: what to do about an accident- need advice please

Thats kinda pretty much what I figgured. She was the only vehicle involved 
in the accident and no citations were issued at the time of the accident. 
She was in Mississippi at the time, and they are not tough on insurance 
inforcement there. She figgured she would just keep paying them the note, 
and not tell em its was totaled to keep from being made to pay up the 
remainder due in full. thanks for the input.
