OT: what to do about an accident- need advice please

not to mention some banks if you crahs the car without inssurance (or drive
it without one) they sometimes (know mine does) have a clause that you are
now obligated to pay the complete balance left on the car. (applies moreso
to crashed vehicules).
not mentioning the non inssured clauses by traffic laws etc etc etc...
