How to pull the hub off the bearing?



Dave,

Try this trick, take the hub with the race stuck fast to it and heat it.
Dull red, just short of cherry red then drop it into a large bucket of
water. It will come off with your fingers if it's not already two pieces in
the bottom of the bucket. This is what the dealers do. VW, Ford, Chrysler...
It has always worked for me.
