UPS warning

I have all the computer equipment for my company shipped fedex ground.  They
are fast and we've only had two damaged items from them.  Both items were
being shipped down to cali and were damaged at the same station.  We were
refunded very well though.   UPS always delivered trashed packages to us but
fedex packages always come in very good condition.  They are also cheaper
than ups.  Every company has its problems when it gets to a certain size but
UPS was ridiculous compared to how good fedex has been for us.

NO!!!!!!

My laptop orbited Raleigh for 3 days while they kept firing drivers who
couldn't seem to find anyone home.  (the package was being delivered to a
Mailboxes Etc. type place, of course there was someone home!)  The mailbox
place said they stopped shipping via FedEx Ground since they had so many
problems with late deliveries.

Maybe they have improved now that they have had more time to integrate the
old RPS operations into FedEx, but I'm not risking it again.
