Painting Bumpers



I was told to scuff the surface a bit with something that looks like a 
Brillo pad. They can be bought for $1.50 from the autopart store.
Also get a can of plastic adhesive paint. Spray this first on a scuffed and 
cleaned bumper. It causes the paint to hold better.
