OT - A2 Jetta MFA Wiring Tech?

Hey All,

I have the stalks with the cluster, and it's goin into an 89 Jetta. I know I 
need an outside temp sensor and the vaccum line runs to the intake, but 
thats about all I know. Any help would be great!
