slightly OT: need vw ID help

Kombi's were not neccesarily the pickup variety.. I don't know the 
entire history totally.. but I think that Kombi was the term used for 
certain year buses regardless of if they were set up as panel 
busses, pickups, or van's..  though I could be wrong, a quick check 
on the web shows that regular busses were called Kombi's as well.. 
and there were camper variety's .. so it's probable that kombi was 
just another name for "bus".
