tt race dp question: can I fit a cat with it?

If  you don't have any emissions to pass then why the heck do you have a cat
on at all?  What year is your car and what year do you have to do emissions?
This is exactly why I never want to hot rod anything that is new enough to
smog.  No smog here either but I know it's coming and don't want to have to
worry about it.

Find out for sure about this "fine" heresay is almost always wrong!!
