how do i kill my rev limiter on my 88 rocco 16v??? and whos got a fuel mo...

i have the cis-e. there is no chip for our cars. i need to know which wire
to the fuel pump relay i need to ground to get the limiter to go away. i know
someone has done this and i was looking for some feedback. thanks, L.J.
