16V Non-AC question...

If I use the Euro non-AC bracket, I don't need the swivel that is on top of the stock bracket (see this picture if you don't know what I mean: http://www.epix.net/~rhock99/bracket.jpg
It looks to me like I don't, because the swivel mounts with bolts on the side of the bracket, which the Euro bracket doesn't have, but I just want to be sure. Thanks!
