sunroof lubrication

Well, I took advanage of the warmer weather in NC on a trip to Melissa's 
mom's to fix and realign her sunroof (thanks to Ron Pieper for the repair 
manual PDF!)   I was just wondering what the recommended lubricant for the 
whole assembly is.  Also, I would imagine (correct me if I'm wrong) that the 
same lubricant could be used on the seat rails, too.
