Semi OT: Car confusion

Hey, gratz! I'm going to be 22 this weekend. I have to say I agree with Mr. Belligerant. I'm easily just as indecisive as you, but you really gotta nail down your priorities. If I were you, I'd part the rocc out and get rid of it and hang on to the Cutlass. Drive the cutlass and save up some money, while keeping your eyes open for a nice rocc. Killer deals pop up often and I've seen quite a few mk1's with good mods go for $800. If you really are into auto-x, you should have a race car and a DD and not try to make it work with only 1 car. It'll take you 2x as long to do half as much. The key is to have a reliable beater and just save up money because when you're not in need of a car, you can wait until just the right one at the right price comes along. I regret not doing that with the purchase of my mk1 and kick myself all the time for not holding out and looking a little harder.

Actually, as I read your second email Eric I turned 21. Of course the real
time isn't untill 10:30am but its still the day!!

The olds actually has way more balls than most think.(thanks to the 3300 V6)
I do love having it! If I was a straight line guy I would be all about it! A
few more mods or a 3800 SC swap and it would be the Ultimate sleeper. But it
still wouldn't go arounda corner worth a crap.

Peace Out,
