Back on the list and the wifes cabby is in VW Heaven

As far as fault is concerned it varies between states (I recently found
out--never get in a wreck in FL or any state that has the no-fault law in
place--what a hassle) but usually the person who is turning is at fault.
That's why I always wait whether they have their turn signal on or not.
Seems like you would have a good argument though and if you have/got a
decent lawyer I bet at least one of the teens would cave. Sorry to here
about the accident though and VERY glad your wife is OK! BTW, when you were
notified of the accident you asked about her condition first right?? My
wife was rearended in my project (almost competed) 77 2.0L 16v Rabbit and
even though I had mixed emotions I did ask about her condition first. She
said that she was glad to hear me ask about her before I asked about the
car.
