flex-a-lite wiring help

*sigh*

ok, Round 3

Today's the day...or maybe tomarrow.

So I touched the wires to the battery and the fans work great! But when
I hook it all back up I still get nothing. So now its down to 3
things...i think. 1.) The OEM relay. Where can i find this, and how do
I test it/fix it? 2.) The original brown fan wire. Its just hanging
there. Is that right? 3.)I guess I could have a bad ground??

Keep in mind Im not good at this stuff, yet. Im just an animator, not
an electrician/mechanic. So talk to me like Im 12 or something.
