sunroof interior question

You pretty much have to pull the whole thing out to get this piece...
Bentley has a good procedure on how to do this and it is a good idea to
clean everything when you have it out. There has been talk on what to use
to lubricate the tracks and cables and although lithium grease is
recommended I discourage you from using it... it gums up too quickly and
gets very hard to open when it gets gummy or when it is cold. A spray
silicon is probably the best choice.

Refer to the Bentley again for re-assemble and alignment... this is the
most important thing cuz if you mess up the roof can get stuck in the full
open or rub/scratch.
