I have a rabbit and I need to put a new wiper switch in.  Do I need to take
the wheel off to do this and if I do, do I need a puller to get the wheel
off?

Also I still have this short whistling noise coming from the engine
compartment after I shut off the engine.  Asked the list but nobody really
gave me any info on the subject.  Any ideas?
