flex-a-lite wiring help

here is how I did mine, taking the idea from someone else.. (I take no
credit on this mod)

address, anyay here is the the diagram is the one I used, and it works
perfect <http://longcoeur.com/scirocco/various/radfan/fan7.jpg>, this is
what it looks like. the 2 relays hold unto the fan with (because they came
with a single block unit with 2 relays on them) a single tie wrap passing
throught the casing of the fan , so the relay are hidden inside the fan as
shown by this image
