Megasquirt: group buy / assemble ?

I passed emission with the MS, idle purrs, really nice. I run open loop
at idle, so it doesn't try to correct it, I've had issues where the idle
was hunting. And it fluctuated quite a bit. So I disabled it. 

If anything, I'd suggest running the stock aux air regulator, that will
help a lot for those cold start ups.

Can some one, Dan perhaps, run down the basics of how to tune the MS on
a 
NA car. I'm wondering if it would still pass smog CO and HC out the
pipe. A 
clean install and a not so bright testing facility it might just get
thru 
visual.

How does it idle? closed loop i.e. ISV or other control.
